Capitol Report

The relationship between Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid of Nevada and Majority Leader Bill Frist frayed further Sunday night. Scraps over how to combat terrorism, drilling for oil in Alaska, and spending issues have stymied Congress all Fall. House and Senate members met throughout the weekend, trying to break the gridlock. Chad Pergram reports from Capitol Hill.
