Ballot Question #1

Sig Rogich talks about being in favor of Ballot question #1 which would allow a bond issue for parks, wilderness and cultural projects.
(Rogich's company represents the water authority and therefore has an interest in it passing the question. The President of the Nevada TaxPayers Association tells KNPR that they have no consensus among their board on the issue and therefore have no position pro or con. Ordinarily this group opposes bond issues and new taxes.)
