LAS VEGAS (AP) — A Nevada man has pleaded guilty in what state Attorney General Aaron Ford called a rare voter fraud case.
Craig Frank's attorney didn't immediately respond to messages Wednesday after Frank acknowledged voting twice in the 2016 presidential election — both in Benton, Arkansas, and in Las Vegas.
He had been scheduled to go to trial next week. Frank could face probation or up to four years in prison at sentencing in June. His plea agreement allows for his conviction to be reduced to a misdemeanor if he completes probation.
