CARSON CITY, Nev. (AP) — Local Nevada health districts on Thursday are expected to update a state task force on vaccine distribution for the first time since the state started vaccinations against COVID-19 in December.
Nevada officials have repeatedly said questions about the allocation of their doses have gone unanswered as the U.S. rushes to distribute the vaccines as fast as possible.
They say the amount of vaccines provided by the federal government lags behind both what has been sent to other states and Nevada's distribution capacity.

But routine revisions of eligibility requirements and appointment scheduling procedures have muddled the public outreach effort.
