Fremont Street Experience, Business Owners Pay Tribute To Hsieh

The canopy at Freemont Street Experience showed images of Tony Hsieh Saturday night, as some gathered to remember the retired CEO of Zappos.com.

Hsieh died Friday from injuries sustained in a house fire in Connecticut on November 18. He was 46.

Many people, including a number of downtown business owners, have been paying tribute to Hsieh, who was known not only for his success in business, but also for investing his time and money in helping to revitalize the Las Vegas area through the Downtown Project.
