President's Son Rallies For Trump's Re-Election In Sparks

SPARKS, Nev. (AP) — Donald Trump Jr. told hundreds of supporters at an outdoor rally in Sparks that his father is fighting for all Nevadans, especially working-class families.

The president's son said in a speech Tuesday evening to more than 200 mostly unmasked backers at a trucking firm that his father has produced the strongest economy in American history. He said, "The guy that did that once can do it again."

Nevada is one of the few key swing states President Donald Trump failed to carry in a tight 2016 election. His son campaigned for Nevada's then-GOP Sen. Dean Heller in 2018 before Heller lost to Sen. Jacky Rosen.
