LAS VEGAS (AP) — Las Vegas police say two people are dead after a man hung out of a car window to strike a bicyclist and then fell himself.
Lt. Raymond Spencer said the deadly incident that occurred Sunday morning was beyond "senseless."
According to investigators, a male passenger in a minivan partially hung out of the window and deliberately pushed a bicyclist. The victim, in her mid-50s, was knocked to the ground and died from the impact.

Spencer says the passenger then fell out of the car, hit his head and died.
Clark County jail records show a 22-year-old man has been arrested in relation to the incident.
