Kamala Harris' Husband Criticizes Trump's Lack Of Compassion

RENO, Nev. (AP) — The husband of Democratic vice presidential nominee Kamala Harris says President Donald Trump's response to COVID-19 underscores the lack of compassion he has shown for Americans on numerous fronts.

Doug Emhoff campaigned for the Biden-Harris ticket in northern Nevada Thursday with a student roundtable at a coffee house and a speech at a get-out-the-vote rally.

Emhoff says Trump's handling of his own virus infection suggests he doesn't care about others he lives or works with.

He says Trump's wife has the virus too and he's never mentioned her name once. He told UNR students the president has no compassion or empathy for anyone but himself.
