Saturday is National Public Lands Day and both the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and Lake Mead National Recreation Area will have free admission.

Admission to all Nevada state parks, including Valley of Fire State Park, will also be free.

Fees for such things as camping will still apply in all cases. The advice for visitors to Red Rock Canyon is to get there early.
