A coalition of labor unions is launching a campaign to win the “Right to Return” for workers in the hospitality, convention and trade shows, airport, entertainment, and hospital industries in Clark County.
A “Right to Return” ordinance would require employers to offer all workers in those industries the right to return to their jobs when the business reopens or resumes operations - if the employee had been laid off or furloughed due to COVID-19
The group is holding a rally Tuesday morning at the Clark County Commission Building.
