Las Vegas Police Say Suspect Has History Of Filming Homeless

LAS VEGAS (AP) — Las Vegas authorities say a man who offered a homeless person money to do a backflip, which ended in fatal injuries, has a history of posting similar encounters on social media.

Keonte Jones remains out on bail on a charge of willful disregard of a person's safety. Police say he filmed 55-year-old Larry Coner last month attempting to perform a backflip.

Coner landed on his neck.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported Wednesday that the victim's sister said the 28-year-old Jones is known to bribe homeless people to do stunts for Facebook Live videos.

Jones is slated to appear in court in September.
