The Nevada State Democratic Party has chosen U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar to be the keynote speaker at the party’s convention, which will be held remotely June 11 through 13.
Klobuchar sought the Democratic nomination for president and endorsed Joe Biden after dropping out.
The state party is offering a number of virtual events during the convention to allow Democrats to connect remotely, including digital organizing training and a women’s leadership brunch.
