The Southern Nevada Health District’s community health director says his agency’s decisions about responding to COVID-19 will not be swayed by protests.
Dr. Michael Johnson said in an online question-and-answer session Wednesday the health district is planning its next move based on facts and figures.
Johnson says he will continue to consult with other jurisdictions and Governor Steve Sisolak’s office on determining when to remove COVID-19-induced restrictions.
