Gov. Sisolak Extends Stay At Home Directive Through April 30

Gov. Steve Sisolak has extended the directive to stay at home to contain the spread of the coronavirus through April 30.

That means the closure of schools, casinos and non-essential businesses will be in place until the end of the month.

The change mirrors directives laid out by the federal government.

As of Wednesday morning, there are now 1,279 confirmed cases of the virus in Nevada and 26 people have died statewide.
