Ridership Decline, Staffing Shortages Force RTC To Reduce Bus Schedule

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada began running a reduced schedule Wednesday, following a 70 percent decline in bus passengers and shortages of drivers, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.

They are now operating on a Sunday schedule, which means fewer buses and longer wait times.

The RTC is urging riders to comply with recommended social distancing guidelines and keep at least six feet of space apart.
