LAS VEGAS (AP) — A white supremacist will plead guilty to a federal weapon possession charge in a case alleging he planned to bomb a Las Vegas synagogue or shoot people at at a fast food restaurant or a bar catering to LGBTQ customers.
His court-appointed attorneys did not immediately respond Friday to email messages about his plea agreement filed Jan. 17. It says the 24-year-old will face about three years in prison and undergo mental health treatment and submit to electronic computer monitoring after prison.
He has identified himself as a member of a neo-Nazi group.
