Authorities say 19 people were displaced by a fast-moving fire that was fanned by wind and heavily damaged one building and scorched outside walls of two others at a Las Vegas apartment complex.
Las Vegas Fire and Rescue says approximately 75 firefighters responded to the blaze Tuesday afternoon. No injuries were reported.

Cause of the fire is under investigation but witnesses told the fire department that the fire started on the outside balcony of a second-floor unit.
Several units were burned, and the American Red Cross was assisting the 14 adults and five children who were displaced. Damage was estimated at $500,000.
