Strip Mall On Las Vegas Blvd. Changes Hands

A shopping center on the north end of the Las Vegas Strip has changed hands with a nearly $60 million price tag.

California-based company Passco has sold Silver City Plaza to New York-based Regal Acquisitions for $59.2 million.

Regal also owns the Walgreen’s store next door to the retail hub. Silver City Plaza’s tenants currently include 7-Eleven, Denny’s and Ross Dress For Less.
