Much of Nevada will see significant snowfall this week, and that snow may make Thanksgiving holiday travel very difficult.
The National Weather Service says south-central Nevada, Sierra Nevada, Death Valley, Owens Valley and the Spring Mountains will all be under Winter Storm Watches beginning Tuesday night and Wednesday morning.
The Wednesday watch will cover Esmeralda, central Nye, Lincoln, and northern Mohave counties, and the Spring and Sheep mountains.

The agency warns that highways including US-95, 395, and 93 may be very difficult to travel.
