North Las Vegas is going forward with moving a liquid hydrogen plant into Apex Industrial Park.
The city’s planning commission unanimously approved industrial gas supplier Air Liquide to store 475,000 gallons of liquid hydrogen there.
There are concerns about how close the plant will be to a site known as Jettison Hill, where the military sometimes drops bombs.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports the full North Las Vegas City Council is expected to vote on the approval in December.
