Fmr. Henderson City Attorney Denies Sending Frivolous Requests, Fake Compliants

Former Henderson City Attorney Josh Reid is denying that he sent frivolous public records requests and fake complaints that cost the city more than $150,000.

Last month, the firm Bailey Kennedy sent a letter on the city’s behalf asking Reid to stop submitting requests and complaints in order to avoid litigation.

Last week, Reid’s attorney wrote in response to the allegations that the letter was “sent to press outlets for the sole purpose of defaming” the son of former U.S. Senator Harry Reid.
