The median home price in Southern Nevada went up slightly in June.
The Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors released its monthly report today which showed the median sales price of a home in June was $304,000.
That’s up from the previous three months which saw flat home price growth at $300,000.

GLVAR President Janet Carpenter says this month’s report shows that the market is “surprisingly stable,” calling it the most stable the housing market has been in the valley for nearly two decades.
