Fire crews responded to a hazardous materials situation Wednesday morning at a hospital in Henderson.
A leaking pipe at the St. Rose Dominican Hospital Siena campus prompted the response from the Henderson Fire Department.
Department spokeswoman Kathleen Richards said the pipe was contained in a closed boiler system and posed no risk to the public.
