California Fines Anheuser-Busch Thousands For Air Quality Violations

California officials say Anheuser-Busch will pay $500,000 in penalties for violating state air quality regulations.

Authorities say the company failed to make sure its delivery trucks met emission standards.

The California Air Resources Board says an investigation found Anheuser-Busch failed to bring 86 of its trucks into compliance with state rules. Investigators also say the company failed to properly self-inspect its diesel trucks as required.
