A California-based real estate firm has signed off on the second-largest land sale in Nevada’s history.
Mark IV Capital bought 4,300 acres in Fernley, Nevada to create a commercial and industrial park.
The Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada estimates more than 10,000 direct and indirect jobs will be created as a result of potential development stemming from the industrial park.
