The Massachusetts Gaming Commission is hearing testimony Thursday from Wynn Resorts’ largest shareholder and the ex-wife of founder Steve Wynn, Elaine Wynn.
This is the final day of the company’s hearing to determine whether it gets to keep its gaming license in the state and open Encore Boston Harbor in Everett.
A report out this week found Wynn Resorts executives concealed sexual misconduct allegations against Steve Wynn for years.
