Washington Governor Jay Inslee plans a political trip to Nevada this weekend as he continues to explore a possible run for president in 2020.
Inslee is scheduled to give a keynote address at Battle Born Progress’ annual Summit at the Collge of Southern Nevada’s North Las Vegas campus.
Other speakers at the event include U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen and Representative Susie Lee.

Nevada will play a significant role in winnowing the Democratic presidential-contender field as caucuses will be held in February 2020, a few weeks after the Iowa caucuses and New Hampshire primary.
A campaign to encourage former Texas congressman Beto O’Rourke to run for president also launched in Nevada this week.
