A local television sportscaster was arrested this week for allegedly masturbating at a bar in North Las Vegas.
A police report shows Randy Howe has been charged with indecent exposure and open gross lewdness.
The report says Howe’s defense was that he was not masturbating, but that he had a severe rash and was scratching himself.

An employee at the bar told police Howe walked to the bathroom while exposing himself, and that this wasn’t the first time they had seen this kind of behavior from Howe.
