Laxalt Tells Supporters Governor's Race Could Come Down To A Few Hundred Votes

Nevada Republican gubernatorial candidate Adam Laxalt told a rally of supporters in Las Vegas last night that the race for governor against his Democratic opponent Steve Sisolak is so close it could come down to a 500-vote difference.

Laxalt has been the state’s attorney general since 2015. Sisolak is the chairman of the Clark County Commission.

The latest Emerson College poll this week showed Sisolak with a narrow 1 point lead over Laxalt.
