LAS VEGAS (AP) — Democrat Jacky Rosen and Republican Dean Heller are campaigning across Nevada with big-name guests as they make one final push in their incredibly close race for the U.S. Senate that could help Democrats find a narrow path to taking power.
The president's son, Donald Trump Jr., is stumping Friday with Heller, GOP gubernatorial candidate Adam Laxalt and others at various stops in Carson City, Reno, Pahrump and Las Vegas.
Rosen, Democratic gubernatorial candidate Steve Sisolak and California Sen. Kamala Harris are hosting a rally in Las Vegas with talk show host Jimmy Kimmel.
Heller is considered perhaps the most vulnerable incumbent Republican senator as the only one running for re-election in a state Hillary Clinton carried in 2016. Two open House seats held by departing Democrats also are up for grabs in the western swing state.
