Sheriff Ups Reward In Unsolved, Year-Old Sun Valley Homicide

RENO, Nev. (AP) — Authorities in northern Nevada are offering a $2,500 reward and reaching out to Las Vegas residents as they continue their year-old investigation of an unsolved homicide north of Reno.

Secret Witness announced the reward Tuesday on top of $1,000 already put up by the father of 34-year-old Michael Partridge Jr., who died from a gunshot wound at a residence in Sun Valley on Sept. 29, 2017.

Detectives say Partridge lived in Las Vegas before moving to northern Nevada and still has connections to that area.
