Dozens Of Las Vegas Students Pepper Sprayed In School Fight

LAS VEGAS (AP) — Police say dozens of students were hit by pepper spray when officers used it to break up a fight at a Las Vegas high school.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports the fight Thursday involved up to 25 students, but others standing by were also affected.

Clark County School District police acting Capt. Roberto Morales says he expects several students to be cited and arrested. School officials could also take disciplinary actions against the students.

Morales says the fight at Western High School started in the cafeteria. He says police are trying to determine why students have been fighting every day since Monday.
