The Downtown Project has been renamed.
The project started by Zappo’s CEO Tony Hseih will now be called DTP Companies.
According to DTP, it has invested $350 million into revitalizing downtown Las Vegas since 2012. The company says the name will “align the company’s name with how its business operates today.”
The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports Hseih’s group has amassed a portfolio of around 90 properties in the Fremont Street area as of last year, including real estate holdings, small business investments and residential properties.
