Police: 4 Dead In Apparent Nevada Home Murder-Suicide

HENDERSON, Nev. (AP) — Authorities say four people were found dead in a burning house in an apparent murder-suicide during a family argument in a Las Vegas suburb.

Henderson police Lt. Kirk Moore told the Las Vegas Review-Journal on Friday that it appears a man killed a woman and two children and then himself.

Officers went to the house Thursday night after reports of shots fired. When they arrived, the house was on fire.

Moore says investigators weren't immediately sure if the fire at the home was intentional.

The names and ages of the dead were not immediately made public.

Henderson is a city of about 300,000 people located 15 miles southeast of downtown Las Vegas.
