New Estimates Put Las Vegas Shooter's Estate At $1.3 Million

A new estimate of Stephen Paddock’s estate brings the total to more than $1.3 million.

The gunman who carried out America’s worst mass shooting in modern history had at least $62,000 worth of weapons and accessories collected from his homes and the Mandalay Bay suite where he launched the attack that killed 58 and wounded over 500.

Families of the 58 people killed on October 1 stand to collect an equal share of those assets, but it remains to be seen whether the weapons or firearm accessories will be sold.

The latest estimate was outlined in a court filing in which a judge is determining how and what to distribute of Paddock’s estate.
