Seven bids have come in to the University of Nevada, Reno for the relocation of 12 homes in the Gateway District in town.
The Reno Gazette-Journal reports public bidding started in April and ended Thursday for the properties currently located on land slated for campus expansion projects.
A committee plans to meet and decide which proposals to accept in coming weeks. The University says those who demonstrate ability to pay for relocation costs and interest in keeping multiple homes together will be given preference.
