United Road Towing will continue to assist vehicles stranded on Las Vegas and Reno freeways for the next four years, under a $13-million contract approved this week by the Nevada Department of Transportation.
United Road has been contracted with the state since 2013 as part of a Freeway Service Patrol program.
The service aided nearly 18,000 disabled vehicles in Southern Nevada last year.
