A Spaghetti Bowl ramp linking northbound U.S. 95 to northbound Interstate 15 will close around 10 p.m. Tuesday so crews can install a digital sign.
The ramp is scheduled to re-open by 5 a.m.
Full-color traffic management signs are being installed as part of Project Neon, a 3.7-mile widening of I-15 between the 95 interchange and Sahara Avenue.
