Wynn Resorts Dropping Lawsuit Against Co-Founder

Wynn Resorts has dropped another lawsuit the company was involved in, this one against co-founder Kazuo Okada.

The company withdrew its claims of breach of fiduciary responsibility against Okada, after fighting him for the past six years.

Wynn claimed Okada paid bribes to Philippine government officials and threatened the company’s reputation.
