Wynn Resorts has dropped another lawsuit the company was involved in, this one against co-founder Kazuo Okada.
The company withdrew its claims of breach of fiduciary responsibility against Okada, after fighting him for the past six years.
Wynn claimed Okada paid bribes to Philippine government officials and threatened the company’s reputation.
Wynn Resorts CEO Matt Maddox has been cleaning up the company’s lawsuits in the wake of sexual assault and harassment allegations against company founder Steve Wynn.
Last week, Wynn settled a stakeholder dispute with Universal for $2.4 billion. The only other lawsuit remaining is one with Steve Wynn’s ex-wife, Elaine.
