Wynn Resorts Faces Second Lawsuit From Shareholders

The Wynn Resorts board of directors now faces a second lawsuit from shareholders amid sexual misconduct accusations against former CEO Steve Wynn.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports the Operating Engineers Construction Industry and Miscellaneous Pension Fund is seeking recompense for breach of fiduciary duty.

Law firm Eglet Prince filed suit for the group, saying the company knew about Wynn’s alleged behavior and did nothing, which it equates to “intentional misconduct" and "knowing violations of the law.”

A similar complaint was filed last week by the Norfolk County Retirement System of Massachusetts.
