Sportsbook Settlement Could Be Guide To Wynn Allegations

A 2016 settlement with a sportsbook company could be a guide for regulators navigating sexual misconduct allegations against Steve Wynn.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports instead of revoking its license when it was found to be shorting bettors, the Nevada Gaming Commission fined CG Technology and mandated the company replace management.

Former chairman of Gaming Control Board A.G. Burnett told the Review-Journal that the Gaming Commission has broad discretion when it comes to discipline and the standard for discipline is relatively low.
