Nevada lawmakers say Congress needs to address federal marijuana laws.
This comes after Attorney General Jeff Sessions reversed an Obama-era protection for states and announced last week that he was lowering a barrier that held back prosecution of federal marijuana laws.
Nevada Representatives Dina Titus and Mark Amodei are working on legislation to allow marijuana to be made available for medical use - and to permit states to regulate marijuana as they do alcohol.
