Second Woman Accuses Rep. Ruben Kihuen Of Making Unwanted Sexual Advances

Nevada Democratic Representative Ruben Kihuen is again being accused of making unwanted sexual advances.

This time a female lobbyist told the Nevada Independent Kihuen touched her inappropriately on three separate occasions without her consent while he was a state senator.

The woman has requested anonymity.

She also showed the Independent suggestive text messages she says she received from Kihuen.

Kihuen has not confirmed or denied the allegations. The lobbyist is the second woman to accuse the Nevada congressman of misconduct. 

Kihuen says he won’t resign but welcomes an ethics committee investigation.
