Golden Entertainment closed an $850 million deal today to buy four Southern Nevada casinos, including the iconic Stratosphere.

Golden owns all of the PT’s Pub chain, and now adds two Arizona Charlies properties in Las Vegas, the Aquarius in Laughlin and the Stratosphere to their portfolio.

The company is paying $781 million in cash and giving 4 million shares of its stock to New York-based Whitehall Street Real Estate.
