A federal judge has delayed the trial of members of the Cliven Bundy family and supporters in the wake of the October 1 mass shooting.
The trial was scheduled to resume Monday, but U.S. District Court Judge Gloria Navarro granted a motion seeking the delay, moving the resumption date back to October 30.
She also denied requests to move the trial to Reno or pick a new jury pool.
