Supporters of three state senators facing recall efforts have begun an official fight to defend the lawmakers’ jobs.
The “Decline To Sign” campaign is outlined on the group’s website stoptherecalls.org. The Nevada Independentreports the website prompts visitors to call a hotline about sightings of recall petitioners and canvassers. The site also discourages people from signing the recall petitions.
In the past two weeks, recall attempts have started against state Senators Joyce Woodhouse, Nicole Cannizzaro and Patricia Farley.
