County Considers Creating Marijuana Control Board

Clark County Commissioners are considering more direct enforcement of rules governing marijuana businesses, according to t he Las Vegas Sun.

The county commission has the authority to revoke licenses from grow sites and shops that don’t adhere to local laws, but three other government departments typically investigate complaints first.

Some commissioners think marijuana businesses require closer supervision.
