A former casino executive is up for the job of chief financial officer at the Clark County School District.
The Nevada Independent reports the district’s Board of Trustees will debate Thursday whether to appoint former Tropicana Las Vegas executive Jason Goudie for the post. The CFO for CCSD oversees the district's $2.4 billion budget.
The district’s interim CFO, Eva White, recently announced she’ll retire this summer.
