A measure that would have pushed back the restructuring of the Clark County School District is dead.
The Nevada Independent reports Assembly Bill 516, introduced this week to delay the changes by a year, did not even receive a hearing – the one planned for Wednesday was canceled.
A spokesperson says it’s not known if any more last-minute legislation will come up dealing with the reorganization.
