Bundy Trial Update: Two Found Guilty, Mistrial For Remaining Four

Update 1:04 p.m. -- Jury deadlocks, mistrial declared for last 4 defendants in first trial over 2014 Cliven Bundy standoff in Nevada.

Two of the six men charged with wielding assault weapons at federal officers near Cliven Bundy’s ranch in 2014 have been found guilty.

That’s the latest in the first of a series of trials related to the standoff at Bunkerville involving BLM agents and self-proclaimed states’ rights advocates.

Each of the six defendants’ in this trial faced 10 charges, including threatening and assaulting a federal officer, obstruction, extortion, weapon violations and conspiracy.

The jurors began deliberations last Thursday. The jury is still deliberating in charges for the 4 other men.
